Each plan has a monthly allowance. Unused monthly credits expire at the next reset and do not roll over. Higher-plan allowances replace the previous allowance.

Payment is due in advance at the start of each monthly or yearly billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically using your saved payment method. You can cancel renewal and keep your plan until the paid period ends. Yearly subscriptions still receive a monthly credit allowance.

Yes. Open Buy credits in the workspace navigation for a separate one-time purchase. Buying additional credits does not change your plan or unlock additional features.

You retain access to completed cases you have permission to view. Starting a new analysis requires sufficient credits and access to that workflow.

Purchased credits are added to your organization's balance and can be used by your team.
